Meet Ken Carpenter / Franklin Films
Dr. Steve Corso, my husband Clay, and I traveled to Franklin, TN on July 4, 2010 to meet Ken Carpenter, Director/Producer with Franklin Films. After hours of question and answer time, on both sides of the table, we left feeling like we had met the man with the heart to take Hannah's story to the theaters.
The next Sunday, July 11th Ken and his family were traveling through Texas on business and met with Glenn Robinson, one of our Board Members, and Glenn's wife, Rhonda and their son, Jacob. The Robinsons played an integral part of Hannah's six month journey with sarcoma, and we value Glenn's opinion and wisdom. He, too, left his meeting with Ken feeling that Ken was our man. So we contracted with Ken on August 9, 2010, and he is diligently working to bring Hannah's heroic story to theaters.
Since 1994, when we traded the traffic in Los Angeles for sidewalks in the creative haven of historic downtown Franklin (south of Nashville), we've thrived on the opportunity to craft stories that matter.
